Water signs' emotions tend to go deep and can suffer from depression - but they also get to the heart of things, are often very creative, and strong willed. Could be introspective...
does it fit?

Msolga:

It was Nathan's fault that Ruth-May died. I could feel sorry for him- his inability to express his emotions- as seen in his reaction to Ruth May's death; his path to destruction started by that death march- but the end for him is his just deserts.

A powerful desire for intimacy with a significant other could drive you today, Drom. If you're currently involved, you'll probably want to schedule a romantic evening together. If you aren't involved, you could well consider ways to expand your social life so as to enable you to meet potential mates. You could also try reading a few books on the subject, but in order to gain from this you must remain objective - and today, that could take some effort!

Clary is coming!??? That cat-hater?????

Batten down the hatches!

The last time Piffka sent someone to see me (in reality - to collect her jar of chutney!) - poor Janet got so sick she thought she was going to die! I think it's me - I'd avoid me if I were me???!

Twisted Evil OK OK, keep your fur on! I take that as a Non Invitation to Sydney. Was only thinking of Melbourne and possibly Mackay anyway, so there, ner. Not overfond of chutney, either.

ppppppfffffttttt!!!!!!!!! Razz Razz Twisted Evil

Haha. Janet says you, Margo, are a gem. She adores all Aussies but says you are especially dear. "Salt of the earth," she said. "A brick," too, I think. As I recall, she tried to get me to hop the next plane to the Antipodes so I could see for myself.

If I ever go to Oz, my first stop will be Sydney to find Margo, Queen of Oz, and purveyor of delicious mango chutney. You've got a fan, Margo, in my friend, Janet.

Yes, it was his fault. His obsession set the chain of events into action, which eventually led to the death. But I saw his reaction as more of the same. Stubborn pride!

So how are you going to respond to this horoscope, drom? Hmmmmm, I doubt that you need to read books to figure out how to become involved with another. Surely not?

I'm sure, deep down, Clary is really a cat lover. She just needs to be exposed to the right cat to discover her hidden feelings. Possum would be just the trick, don't you think? Laughing

Actually, the only cat that won me over recently, partly because it didn't appear to give me asthma, was the OTHER Possum, in W Australia, a giant among cats and a real klutz, the way it knocked stuff over and looked so amazed when it had done so. More like a capybara or a wombat than a possum or even a cat.

I saw it all connected to his not dying in the death march, but the way that he responded to his shame was reprehensible. How far have you gotten now?

No, you're right; I don't need such help. I've never read such books and probably never will... I think that it's rather exploitative of people's insecurities.

I think it only happens when I don't think about it. When I TRY to be creative, I suffer a mental block.

I'm in a creative field and have lectured on the creative process. That's how it usually happens, Wilso. Don't underestimate yourself.

You're winning me over, slowly but surely...

Perhaps Possum and I will cement the new friendship mentioned in this week's powerful horoscope!! Laughing
The start of the week brings a powerful trine between Mars and Pluto. You will feel a surge of incredible energy, and a sense of passion about whatever area of life concerns you the most at this time. But don't be tempted to promise more than you can deliver. You may feel you can do several miracles while standing on your head, but a few days later when the initial rush has worn off, you might get a rude awakening. So use this available power realistically to blast your way through issues and problems that may have dogged your footsteps for a while now. Come to grips with those impossible situations in your life, and discover powerful solutions. There is a New Moon in Aquarius, which is encouraging you to make a fresh start in your ability to communicate with certain individuals. If you have experienced problems or just want to reach out to a new friend, take the first step and your relationship will certainly blossom and flourish. You love life looks quite powerful as well, especially if you are dating. Again, the start of the week could be quite passionate, if you want it to be. You are also on a creative high, so use this influence to the max.

drom

Finished Poisonwood this afternoon.
I think the first 2/3rds were much more interested than the last section. Not nearly as satisfying.
Now I'm wondering what to read next.

I have 5 must-read books on my bedside table and never seem to have time to read any! Ranging from The Art of Travel by Alain de Botton, through Philip Pullman's fantasy trilogy to The No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency.

Good reading, Olga!

Hmmm, came rushing over here to deliver my weeklong 'scope and Clary beat me to it. Dang, but that sounds good to me... a refreshing of energy. Maybe I'll start my mural this week.

Those books sound interesting, Clary. I'm reading
Rare Encounters with Ordinary Birds: Notes from a Northwest Year with plans to start Chronicles of a Death Foretold by Gabriel Garcia Marquez next, but I think I'll copy down those titles you just mentioned. Always ready for another book.

Have you come up with a new read yet, MsOlga?
