@Brandon9000,
and weve got the worst damn internet service in the entire world. I think Uzbekistan has better and faster internet service for a lot heaper.
Accepting astrology plays out well to the growing trends of bunko artists at work in the US.
Weve gotta just face it that, we, as a nation, are just fuckin stupid.
I would guess that many people in India still give credence to palmistry as a science. Not just for one's health and personality, but for actual events in the future. And, that is in a country of one billion people.
I think it is thought to be a science, that lost much of its prior work, when the Aryans from the north invaded the Dravidians, and burnt libraries with supposedly centuries of palmistry knowledge.
Let's be realistic. Whether one believes in being Raptured Up, or that having followed necessary rituals in a religion can give one Salvation, the majority of folks on this planet are not scientifically oriented. We did interbreed with Neanderthal to some degree. Maybe we just ain't so smart, after all.
@Brandon9000,
I was quite concerned until I read that it's only what Americans believe.
Quote:According to a new survey by the National Science Foundation, nearly half of all Americans say astrology, the study of celestial bodies' purported influence on human behavior and worldly events, is either "very scientific" or "sort of scientific."
No need to just bad mouth young adults, give the entire population a serve.

Does anyone know what the questions were. I would like to see how they were worded.
You might have to click on the link.
@Brandon9000,
If you are talking about the survey results pdf file I did not see the survey itself anywhere. If anyone else has I would appreciate the page number or link.
