LOL, margo! Laughing That would certainly be a diversion!

Good luck, Wilso! I can't agree more than with the advice Diane gave you. (& Cav, & Slappy) This will pass. I promise! Smile

getting thrown out and having to watch the rugby. THAT is good advice.

Weather's turned a bit iffy here. A pity 'cause I believe they planned to have the ceremony outdoors.

Maybe.
Got an email this morning from a lady I contacted on a singles site. So far all the contacts have been disastrous. But it's not costing me anything, financially or emotionally.

Wilso, my lamb, you are fine, you are just caught in some 'who me I'm not'-cycle. You talk to us fine, you can talk to anyone fine.

Whoever made you feel so badly about y'self in the first place (none of my business of course)... but skip past that and breathe. Also observe past thy self, other people are a mess too. Gain from what you have been through, you are observant and smart.

I notice from various posts that you have billows of resentment, which are completely understandable in themselves but as a pattern they are in your way. Figure that other people have those resentment swirls too, if not as much as you, sometimes more!

You are accepted. Quit zoning in on this or that possible date. A moment in time, now, or ten minutes from now, is actually precious. I have friends for whom this is exquisitely true. Past acknowledging the moment, which is hard if you are consternated, listen - we on a2k like and love you and you are known here as yourself.

Wilso

For a real diversion - take my previous advice -

"Don't do it - I love you - and I want the baby now - I don't care about your odd habits - or your weird family"

only apply it to the groom Twisted Evil

Advice about the rugby was sensible, though!

Sometimes don't know who "myself" is. I know you're right. The anger and resentment get in the way. I try to so hard to leave it behind, but it always comes back. But I'm working hard on it.
Thanks.
Now for the second half of the final, where the Aussies aren't travelling too well.

If my response seems a bit garbled, it's because I'm blind drunk right now.

It was only because I was at a wedding. I don't normally drink, which is the reason I'm feeling so bad right now after 4 champers and 2 scotches.

Mrs. cav just finished an office move yesterday, VERY stressful, and went out to a party after. Apparently polished off a half-bottle of Jamieson's Laughing I am sooo gonna make fun of her all day. She needed it though....her office is in complete turmoil with the move, and she has been asked by the bosses to do things that truly offend her moral nature.

Interestingly enough though, alcohol doesn't normally make me depressed, on the rare occasions I drink.

Asked to do offensive things by the bosses Cav?!?

Before the layoffs, she was asked to break into personal e-mails to find incriminating and supposedly justifiable reason to fire certain people, some of whom were friends of ours. Business eh...

Companies are permitted to view anything that is written on the office computers by employees. It is the company's computers, and whatever the employee is writing, it is on company time. I believe that some companies actually monitor what goes in and out of their computers.

* Caveat: Don't send anything by E Mail at work if it is something that you wouldn't want your boss to see.
