Some of you may know that the girl and i have been ill. The Girl got some kind of stomach complaint (what people commonly refer to as the stomach flu), and i came down with it a few days later. I've not been as bad as she was, and i'm on the mend. But yesterday, The Girl had to leave work to go to a doctor, and was told she has an ear infection. It's pretty bad. I fell asleep reading, and woke up between 2:00 and 3:00 to find the lights on in the house, and The Girl sleeping on the sofa downstairs. I got her to get up and go upstairs to bed, and the little doggies are watching over her now. I'll be going to bed myself here soon.

But i thought it would be nice if, when she gets up tomorrow, she finds that her friends here have left her get well wishes. I hope you'll stop by to leave her a note--and thank you.

Those ear infections are horrid...and to have a stomach problem at the same time? Yikes!

I hope you are on the way to mending a little bit, at least, after a long sleep.

You need to take all your prescriptions until theyre all gone. AN ear infection can be serious to a ((AHEM))teenager or older.

Keep warm watch tv, eat some soup,and just veg

Nice hot tea with lemon helps that back throat itch from a really bad ear infection.

I know those feel horrible.

You will relax. You will take care of yourself and you WILL do it in style . hehe

I'm so sorry to hear you're so unwell.
I hope, as I type this, that you're tucked up, nice & warm, fast asleep with your beautiful little dogs.
Please, no rushing back to work till you're feeling much, much better.

aww, how nice of the fella and our friends.

we could use a little nursing staff right now as the doggies just cannot manage making soup without supervision but we will try to take it easy

I want to know how the FMan knew that I'd already been looking at that dang pill bottle, wondering if I'd be able to stand taking the whole ten days of the script. But I will, I will, even when I start to feel better. Or better than I already feel.

I don't plan to leave the house for the next 48 hours other than to provision us with more ginger ale.

from your Facebook comment about antibio's i guessed sinus infection, but ear is as bad if not worse (how's the equilibrium?)

as i said there hope your (both) feeling better soon

as for the doggies, don't they have a saint bernard friend who can go get ginger ale i his little neck cask for you guys
