I considered Obama a stealth Republican even as I voted for him. He and the Clintons are the reason why I now vote for policy rather than candidate, but, as of the 70s, never Republican. That often makes me vote Green anymore.

It's worthwhile to note that nobody here (nor any of the many political writers I attend to) have said anything negative about AOC's support for Sanders even if we might have a preference for a different candidate.

I second these wise words. I had my core values and issues long before I ever became an Independent, as opposed to blindly supporting a political party. Nothing the Russians can do will make any difference. If progressives can't change the course of American politics based on the solid issues we have to be concerned with, I blame the American confusion and brainwashing power of the ensconced powers more so than any push by the Russians.
