This home has been on the market for over a year! And they haven’t had an offer in six months!

It’s not a short sale or bank owned. Owned by an older couple that have lived there for 25 years and it was too big for them. They bought a smaller home and have already moved in so this place is vacant and they own it outright.

We both really like this place so I’m hoping they accept the offer!

I think so too! Plus we had a nice conversation with the owners, they liked us! And I did my research, it’s a good offer for the house in that area.

I am glad that Gilbert still will be coming by and taking care of the dogs, I like that!

Oy the gals obviously don't know that you are their landlord, otherwise they'd behave differently. So it's all for the best when you move from there.
Before you move you could give them as a going away present some hair removal kits.

Oh we won't forget about Mr. Gilbert, he's been a good friend and neighbor.

The girls next door don’t have a clue. When we do finally move I will consider the hair removal kit but it will have to be one big kit. Her stach is growing into a full blown goatee!

They will wave to us when they see us out but that’s about all.

The butch one has an attitude, she’s like a straight man without a penis.

Thanks Jeff! Didn’t hear anything today but its too early. Maybe they will take the weekend to think about it or perhaps counter.

We have decided if they do counter we may accept, depending on how much more of course. We both really want this one!

Put it out there into the Universe and say "IT'S OURS" ... You no doubt will have to negotiate or else you would have heard something by now.

Where you there meeting them as a "whole family" ? From my experience, people that have lived somewhere for years, tend to want a family that will stay and look after it as their own for the next 25 years. Just a tip, if they don't agree with negotiations that you can use.

PS:- If those gals are so feral, you can't have your Sister move into yours Wink

We did! And it was obvious we were a couple and they didn’t seem to have a problem with it.

We haven’t heard back yet, my agent said it could be because their agent is writing a counter offer. We will see!
