Not the worst for wear had you seen the greatest golf of the century level of playing lately?

As of a week ago he was playing the 117th best on the tour, but he did have a good week.... ended up in the top ten of a tournament, so he will move up some.

He is not going to keep any sponsors playing like he has been....like he is a has been..

Honor her agreements to start with.

Should she should walk 3 paces behind her husband? Maybe the vote should be taken from those evil women. Take away the diswashers and all modern conveniences. Take them anytime you want them. The demons must be terrible in your world.

Maybe you are having fun being the buffoon, as you do in so many threads. Maybe it is fun for you to argue and cajole without any basis, knowledge or common sense.

Acting the idiot is not always the best way to discuss things with people. It is demeaning to idiots everywhere.

What does all this nonsense have to do with the moral obligation to honor a contract freely enter into?

In this reply to Mame, what do you mean my people like you? Is there something wrong with Mame that we should be aware of? She seems to be a very cordial person who does not have patience with the same foolish things that many of us do not have patience for.

It is laughable that you claim that the people of whom you speak will have nothing to complain about. They have not been complaining. YOU have. You are certainly good for a laugh.

Tiger was the first person in that relationship to not honour a contract, and he did it in a very demeaning way. He freely slept around with a lot of other women, thereby rendering his vows and his morals worthless. I wonder how Elin felt when she discovered the enormity of it all. And then you think I should make friendly, respectful comments about him?

His actions don't affect me at all, so I don't care what he did or does. Just don't you try to paint him as a saint and Elin as the devil.

@Mame,
Sorry Florida is a no fault state and his cheating or lack of cheating have nothing to do with the either the pre-nup or the terms of a divorce with or without a pre-nup.

Most of the time this no fault law serve the interest of the woman in a marriage this time it served the interest of the man for once.

Now in most states and I assume also in Florida she could had insisted that a clause be place in the pre-nup that address cheating of one party.

In any case, one of the conditions of having a pre-nup is that both parties have their own lawyers so she as an adult with her own lawyer or lawyers enter into blinding agreement that clearly she did not honor.

She have zero moral high ground to stand on as a result of not honoring her freely enter into agreement.

@Mame,
Oh second note, I had found out the hard way that the only correct way of dealing with a woman in a divorce situation is to play hardball.

Being nice is a good way to get screw and the only way I could deal with my ex-wife was just to allow my home to go into foreclosed. This was done on the advice of a drinking buddy lawyer and against the advice of the lawyer I was paying good money to.

Only when it ran down to a few weeks before the sheriff department would had shown up to kick her out of the home did she call me and ask if we could reach an agreement!

Tigers frankly should had said the hell with the PR aspects as there was no way he could had won that battle in any case and held her feet to the fire of the pre-nup.

Sadly, it seem that he was a nice guy to the tone of 70 millions and it gain him nothings for being so.

Even in Florida, adultery has a bearing on child custody.
And if the adulterer is frittering common property, the court can raise the amount appropriated.
A marriage is more than a legal contract Bill. Know what I mean?

...I guess not
