@P E Dant,
😂😂

A: Trump, envisioning a return to the White House, has contemplated banning the phrase tick tock because reminds him of the social website Tiktok, with which he has a conflict. By edict, clocks would be interpreted to be saying ma-ga instead of tick tock. This is consonant with George W Bush's rephrasing of french fries into freedom fries.

Q: Why do some roses have scent, and others do not?

A: Cynical roses. Roses originally produced scent for the benefit of insects who fully appreciated them. They get sick of people who can't fully appreciate them, so why go through all the trouble of producing scent.

Q: tsarstepan - Why do brown dwarfs really fail to become stars?

A: They mumble, they fluff their lines, they fail to turn up on time, they have an inflated opinion of their acting skills, they insist on having bottles of helium on hand at all times, their math is poor, they seem to be in an orbit of no use to anyone but themselves... in short, they are too small to be a *S*T*A*R*

A: In private any impromptu aluminum foil hat will do. However, in public the hat has to be stylish or the "others" will think you're the one who's weird.

A: 'Tat' is an abbreviation of 'tattered', and usually refers to old clothing ('don't come out with me wearing that 'old tat'); 'Tit', on the other hand refers to the 'Blue Tit' (Cyanistes caeruleus), a beautiful creature in all regards... the thought of swapping an ancient pair of torn, worn, stained underpants with a gorgeous little bird is definitely not a fair trade!

A. Most people don't know it. But ALL whales larger than shark whales have casinos in their belly. That's how they make their income. So, of course Jonah had a whale of a time. Until security (lampreys) found out he was counting cards and they broke all his fingers and threw him out with a permanent lifetime ban.

Q: coluber2001 - Why do spiders eat their own webs?

A: By eating their web they destroy the evidence of their crimes against defenceless creatures what got caught, and then eaten, by the same evil arachnids... the spider can't digest the chitin that insects carapaces are made of, and they fling it around the web willy-nilly... when the Praying Mantis' are on Perpetrator Patrol, they would see the evidence and commence proceedings against the spider... it should be noted that spiders are well-known for their webs of lies, untruths and deceit

.
A: People referred to him as a hoodwinker. So he took it as a term of endearment as long-haired guys in the '60s did with the term "freaks."

A: Ha! I see the crows have got you fooled with their shenanigans! Crows are very clever predators and scavengers, always on the lookout for a free feed! Should a crow come across a carcass and have a feed, then suddenly have to return home for some reason, they fly there and back in a zig-zag pattern, so that any other crows watching don't really know which way they are going! And, of course, the shortest distance between two points is determined by topography

Lightening its load
Allowing the cow to go home.

A: Daisy Duck and Petunia Pig were 'sisters' only in that they are of the same anthropomorphised gender... keep in mind that a pig will eat a duck, feathers and all... pigs will also eat Minnie Mouse, Mother Goose, and any and all other characters with feminine given names... and the males for that matter

A: Museum, specifically an art museum:

(1) A place to muse and ponder why you aren't that talented

(2) A place to be inspired by muses and steal ideas for your next art project.
