@izzythepush,
He was saying all manner of idiot BS about the Canadian election. It demonstrated that he doesn't know how a Westminster-style parliament works, nor the election process, and in particular, the implication of more than two viable parties. I went off to a Canadian election thread which was started for the last Federal election four years ago, and there we were discussing the rather startling and un-looked-for results. The nickel finally dropped for Whackeye, and he showed up there, saying really idiotic things about the election and the results. I took the trouble to point out why he is wrong, leaving strategic voting to the side (certain he wouldn't get it), and then pointed out that ignorance is curable, but stupidity takes hard work. I told him it's really stupid to claim to know what you so obviously don't know.
Not more than about ten minutes later, he comes in saying to the effect of "It was the youth vote." He learns nothing, and he doesn't even try to learn anything. As incredible as it is, he seems to think that you can pose as a wise, well-informed observer just by making sh*t up as you go along.
