When did I call any of your posts disgusting? I am not shy of playing hardball and I have pissed off many around here, but I don't remember shooting one like that to you.

I screwed up...I wasn't referring to you. You're actually one of the ones whose reasoning I get...it was meant elsewhere. Multi-tasking here. Still it's true of that poster who called me disgusting .

@firefly,
I think Travis mentioned somewhere that he was 14. I assumed she's the same age. If they are adults, the situation is different because adults have full legal responsibility for their acts.

If my daughter was devoutly committed to remaining a virgin until marriage, I would advise her not to sleep with men, and not to kiss them and cuddle with them at night... Cause that's the best way to NOT remain a virgin.

That makes sense...

r. So do a lot of people, a darn sight more, I would wager, than those who understand why someone would want to look at images of child abuse. That's something you understand.

I do? An you had come to that conclusion due to my support of your own UK lawmakers level of punishments for that crime and also my being in agreement with the majority of Federal judges opinion that the US federal guidelines for that punishment is far too harsh??????

Having a level of punishment in the US that is harsher in many cases for having such sick pictures then for the crime of child rape itself.

You should be more careful about saying things like that around here. Your ratings are only going to get worse. ;-)

@Olivier5,
No, Travis never mentioned his age as far as I can see. You are assuming he's 14. I'm not making that assumption. But, if you believe they are 14, children that age are already held responsible for abiding by the laws.

Saying you just want to cuddle and kiss, for either a male or female, even if you spend the night sleeping in the same bed, and that's mutually agreed upon, as it was with Travis, or might be with your daughter, does not excuse the behavior of anyone who then forces intercourse on them. Sleeping in the same bed is not an invitation to have intercourse forced on you. Not for your daughter nor for Travis.

@firefly,
Alright, I assumed the adolescent aspect, but he never mentioned his age. I stand corrected.

I never said it excused anything. I am saying: if you don't want to get burnt, don't play with fire.

attack someone who had raped his 13 year old daughter.

Oh and we know for sure that the man had raped his daughter due to her pointing her finger at him when Dad ask how the hell she had become pregnant.

Seems not very firm evidence to not only murder the man but torture him to death also.

Anyone who can understanding taking a man life in such a manner base on only a 13 years old girl claims such as yourself are sick SOBs in my opinion.

Of course when I stated on another thread that 20 years plus of courts hearings and not one but two jury trials that found killers guilt was enough to execute the men who was found guilt two times of murder you name call me.

Too bad in the case above a 13 years old girl did not claimed they had rape her then you would have had no problem with carrying out the sentences.

So, someone, like Travis, should never have any sort of physical or sexual contact with a female, like cuddling or kissing, unless he's willing to 'put out' more, or accept the possibility of having sexual intercourse forced on him, against his will? That wouldn't allow him to get much sexual experience, of any kind would it? And it sounds as if you'd blame him for what happened to him with his girlfriend, simply because he was in a bed with her, when she completely ignored the boundaries she had agreed to, and acted totally without his consent, and therefore outside of legal parameters as well, which would make her behavior criminal.

Travis, this is why I gave you those links to the other sites where you may feel more comfortable expressing your feelings about what happened and getting help to understand your emotions. You need to be allowed to do that regardless of the status of your relationship and any subsequent consequences for either of you.

You won't find that here. You will get drowned out by the usual noise.

I agree with all this. I just don't think the girl should be brought to court for it, as it will do no good to him nor to her.

Again, that's neither here nor there. I didn't ask you, you asked me.

So you just asked me a question as an excuse to tell me or us how you feel?
Don't me as a shill to further your agenda.
