We only have two days left and I woke up this morning having a panic attack about moving. Not sure why when we have movers doing the work.

@jcboy,
Moving sucks.

I can't stand it.

I adjust every time, mind you, and love where we live now and never would have gotten here if I hadn't pried my fingernails from the front porches of my previous houses. But the process itself -- UGH.

Good luck!!

@sozobe,
Thanks Soz!

It is stressful. I’m sure things will calm down once we get in and start making it our home. My sister in law will be by on Sunday to help us put things away.

At least I know after this move there won’t be another one for a long time.

@jcboy,
I agree with sozobe, moving sucks. It's mega-stress.http://www.cartoonstudio.co.uk/images/01CartoonService/Stress.jpg

Think how relieved you'll be feeling a week from today. And how much you'll be enjoying your new space. Smile

@sozobe,
I sooooo agree. I hollared my way up Lincoln Blvd on driving from my house in Venice for the last time.

@firefly,
He’s a worrywart! We’re moving 15 minutes away and we have movers. All we have to do it tell them where to put everything. They even set up the beds.

Besides after they move everything out of here perhaps we’ll be able to find the glass snake and four lizards that have been loose in the house for over a week.

@MMarciano,
You might want to give the mover folk some warning about those so they aren't found unexpectedly, causing someone to drop a box full of breakables while screaming his/her head off.

@Butrflynet,
I hope their use to that kind of critters lol. We haven’t seen the glass snake since Morgan found it in one of his Tupperware bowls in Antonio’s bedroom, that was the first time I heard him scream like a big girl.

I presume you've mentioned the move to all your other critters - so they can get used to the idea. You don't want those tortoises racing away in fright! (or were they turtles?)

@margo,
Everything but our laptops is packed. I’ll take all the animals over last, once the movers have left the new place.

Henry and Harry are tortoises Smile
