Anthony and my husband are best friends. Some would think I should be jealous of their friendship. I’m not. I know they were best friends and I knew that when I met Morgan.

Anthony has been a good friend to both of us and I’d like to see him back here as well.

That's a good attitude. Jealousy is a complete waste of energy. I've seen it destroy relationships. I have several close friends who are male, and it's not an issue for my husband. Never has been. And our 29th anniversary is next weekend.

Happy Anniversary!

Today the bank counter the offer, we rejected theirs. So I won't be watching TV in the body viewing room.

We have found several nice properties in the area and our agent will be showing them to us this weekend. We gave specifics on what we were looking for and those are the only properties we want to see.

Thank the lord and pass the ammunition (similar to a famous phrase).

We were told they would counter and we weren’t interested in theirs. I’m celebrating by having another beer

Do you pay "Buying Agents" over there? We can do it, here but rarely do we. I think they charge something minimal, like $1000. Yet, a listing for Sale is usually a minimum of $6000 up to $12,000 and I think most Agents here, concentrate on the listings instead of helping the buyers. Sucks in a way, I offer both but to date, no one really takes me up on it, even when I offer free advice on a property they may be looking at, by providing them with background data on that property..

One thing you guys should consider as well, is introducing yourselves to the neighbours before buying No one seems to do that, and then they end up next to brothels, bad neighbours, feral neighbours and end up selling a year down the track because they can't stand THEIR neighbours

If you do that, you should gage what type of neighbours are around you, someone will talk

Oh we will be checking out the neighborhood and the schools. After all we will be living there for a while and Antonio will be growing up in this new neighborhood.
