Fabio's real name is Jud. I like 'Fabio' better. Smile Suits him.

I'm kinda thinking Marty will go next if he doesn't win immunity at the challenge. I think Sash sort of said as much in his pitch to the ones that wanted him gone.

Okay, I must have missed the part about the trade-off. I thought Marty was going to physically have the idol back in his hands.

I don't like this Sash guy too much either. He's got a bad attitude towards the older players.

If this were another season when there were real players in the game, I think Brenda would have been gone already. She's clearly running the show, and not a whole lot of people seem concerned about it.

How does Na keep escaping even one vote? Does everyone want to be in the final with her?

Not sorry to see Marty go, but I think he could have played things more wisely. I think he should have entered the merge and laid low, kept his mouth shut, and acted like another drone.

I think the producers are trying to keep things interesting by not letting us know what Brenda decides to do. Cuz let's face it. Once she decides to do something, it's done.

@Roberta,
Again, last night's episode shows once more how two-faced Brenda and Sash are. I can't say that I'm surprised at the outcome. Marty was outspoken and put his foot in his mouth too many times.

My favourite, Jill, is already gone, so I don't really care what happens to the rest. I must say, for the most part, a cast of very unlikeable people.

As time goes on, Im liking Fabio much more, if I had to choose.

The reason Naonka doesn't get voted for, is because they know that she will not get any jury votes in the final 3.

@Reyn,
As an afterthought, did anyone else catch the fabulous "Fabio Moment" last night?

This was when Fabio was talking to the young guy (Benri?), after coming back from the reward barbeque, and saying, "It's really hard playing dumb sometimes!" Laughing Laughing Laughing Best comical moment of the show!

I just thought of who Brenda reminds me of - Pavarty from last season; cunning, devious, underhanded, two-faced, along with Sash.

Remember the scene where they were both saying how they didn't want Marty to go, and to keep him around for a few more days? That spelled the end of Marty!

After last night's TC (wasn't that one of the craziest TC's ever?) I think she's going to have to win every immunity challenge or she's a goner. All that editing showing her huge ego was put in as a hint, IMO.

I was pretty sure Marty was going because of Sash's promise to his alliance last week...but the blindside was satisfying in a way because he should have NEVER given his idol away LOL.

Naonka hated Marty's hair and the way he walks!Rolling Eyes. And...her dad lives in Inglewood (huh?). She's weak, weak, weak and Jeff did a good job exposing it...he was enjoying himself!

Preview for next week! OMG...did Naonka steal all the food again?

He laid out that plan in his pre-season interview. I think he has one of the best social games in the show's history and if he continues to win challenges (the physical ones are where he could dominate), he's gonna stick around. Just hope Jane doesn't find out he voted for her...could be trouble.

@Reyn,
I'd agree - it is hard to pull a favorite from the group - the only ones that stand out at all are the dislikeable characters - except Fabio. I still can't get him - does he have half a brain or is he lucky - he got far in that memory challegne.

He [Fabio] laid out that plan in his pre-season interview.

Naonka has got to be one of the worst players in this game for playing it badly!

Pre-Season interviews? How could I have missed these? Were they the week before it started? Shocked Mad

Yes! He did do quite well in that memory challenge!

I'm like you - not sure if the goofyness / dumbness is a clever ruse, or there are some real elements of it in him.

Anyway, voting for Fabio / Jud.

@Linkat,
Fabio did very well in the memory challenge. I was sitting on the couch wondering about him. Not such a dim bulb. If he is in fact playing dumb and if it gets him to the end, he will have to be considered the greatest game player of all time!

@Reyn,
He's clearly not the brightest bulb in the lamp, but he knew that he needed a strong social game in order to survive. His focus is on outplay and outlast (social and physical parts of the game) since 'outwit' wasn't going to be his strong point.

I don't know if he'll really win or not, but if he can make it to the final 3, I think he has a good shot at the million. Naonka is the only one that doesn't like him (she doesn't like anyone lol), but she'll be gone in a week or two, IMO.

@Irishk,
I gotta look at the survivor website - they should have the videos of the ponderosa - those are always interesting to watch.

Hey, thanks for the link! I caught up on all the interviews! Very Happy

Were they run the same night, before the premier?

@Linkat,
Ponderosa! Alina and Marty should be there! Hope Naonka or Brenda join them next week lol.

Na just talked about what a great athlete she is and how she planned to keep that a secret (?)! No strategy whatsoever...girl's clueless, but I get why they cast her lol.

@Reyn,
I think they tape them during the time they're sequestered as a group (but not allowed to interact with each other) prior to the start of filming. CBS always has the segments on their website as a runup to the premier, then they're usually grabbed and put up on youtube.

@Irishk,
That is gold pure gold, Jerry.

Whoever is interviewing does great - he really feeds the ego - did you hear her lap it up after she described how she knew someone was in the military - the interviewer said very observant and she ran with it.

@Linkat,
If you want a good laugh, read Tallulah Morehead's weekly recap at HuffPo. She doesn't like any of 'em and the ones she really hates get nicknames (Naonka is Satan's Bride LOL). This week's snark:

@Irishk,
Jud/Fabio says something in the Youtube interview that I noticed in the last episode, he changes his voice when he speaks to different people. I thought he was using a "dumb jock" type of voice a few times, and it becomes really apparent in this most recent episode. He's playing dumb as his strategy and so far it's been working.

I still like Jane and am soooo glad to see the end of Marty. Na' is digging her own grave with her mouth. I dislike her intensely, but the comments under her interview on YouTube are rather creepy in a racist sort of way.

@Green Witch,
I didn't see them before, but now that I have, good lord they're downright disgusting. In the history of villains on the show, she's no where near the top on my list, and my only problem with her is how weak of a player she is. We all said it weeks ago -- most of these people act like they've never seen the show. As dim as Fabio seems, he at least had some strategy coming in.
