Well, probably everybody already knows this, but I didn't:

So nothing really new happened - or nothing unexpected. I think Rob is over confident and is going to get a knife in the back before this all ends.

@Green Witch,
I have to admit that I kinda like Rob.

Not a lot happened at all. People talking about strategy or the lack thereof. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

The one thing I really don't like about this season is that the R.Island bit cuts so much time out of getting to see what goes on at camp and that they're all reward/immunity challenges.

I hope Rob gets caught about trying to cheat Grant (?) out of the immunity necklace clue. That would liven things up!

What I don't like is the the end bit which reveals who voted for whom in tribal councils, has been eliminated!

Grrr!

@Reyn,
Yeah I think this is the snoozey part - until they merge then things could get interesting.

I don't like Rob lying to Grant only because I like Grant. Although it is amusing how hard he tries with this stuff. If it was with someone else though I would find it extremely funny.

Yes, he has a very good chance of being booted I'd imagine once there is a merge. Odd combo - pink panties and the cute little blondie.

@Linkat,
Agree the latest episode was boring. I forgot to tape it and missed the RI duel between Matt and Christina, but the rest was nothing like the first couple of episodes when stuff was hitting the fan from all directions. Maybe it will pick up if Grant figures out Rob's deceit on the immunity idol. We can hope lol.

@Irishk,
If it weren't for Philip, things would be deadly dull. He's a pain in the ass, but this past episode he was right. And he's rarely boring.

In the coming attractions, Rob said he thought he'd be on the chopping block. Maybe next week will be better.

Grant's loyalty to Rob may get him in trouble. When the leader goes down the 2nd in command is usually soon to follow. I can't see people staying loyal to Rob until the end, although I too like him and think his devotion to playing the game one the most interesting things. If Grant finds out Rob tricked him about the second clue I think Grant will turn on him.

Philip is a mental case, but might be able to stay alive by not seeming to be a threat. Everyone is probably thinking that if he makes it to the end no one will hand him a million bucks.

I think voting off the strong young woman instead of the weak woman is going to cause regret. Strength and agility trumps loyalty until the merge.

@Roberta,
Grant was so impressive in that challenge! I knew he was ex-NFL, but I just had to check and sure enough, he was a WIDE RECEIVER lol! He was with both the Chargers and the Broncos and his last team was the Titans.

He'll have his work cut out for him if he makes it past the merge.

Oh, and Matt's on a roll, too lol. He starts slow, but finishes big. The second half of that challenge looked nerve-wracking!

No doubt about it whatsoever, but I can't stand the catty Ashley and her buddy either, doing nothing but lying around camp all the time plucking body hair.

I had to laugh my guts out when she said how hard it was to be a basketball player.

@Irishk,
Grant was impression and hot! I loved that he had to rip his shirt off. Much better view than Phillip.

@Reyn,
Yeah - I can't imagine really being a basketball player and being that lazy. My daughter plays basketball and if you want to be good - you cannot be lazy.

But Rob is right about how he is handling - just let them lay around - less likely to have them voted for to win a million if they don't jack.

I'm sure - probably- , but it is a little frusterating for us viewers at home. You feel like giving them a boot in the rear. After all, they shouldn't consider Survivor as some holiday camp. At least not if you want to win.

I'd hate to see either of them in the final rounds of the game.

So, I was happy for Matt to beat the woman in the RI duel yesterday.

I'm hoping, actually, that he'll get back into the game next week. I'm a little worried about the foot injury that he apparently has.

Phillip gets weirder and weirder with each passing week! Shocked

Can't believe the luck that Rob has been having finding the idol clues!

@Reyn,
Rob has the advantage of being a repeat player. You get to know how the producers think. Philip is beyond weird, but he might out last Rob if they merge and Rob becomes a target.

The Jesus/God thing bothers me about Matt. I would really like him if it wasn't for that "God wants me here" routine. Yeah, in-between tsunami disasters and war in the mid-east God worries about Matt's status in Survivor.

@Reyn,
I'm hoping they edited the preview that way on purpose...I just can't see Sarita beating Matt even if he does have a sore foot LOL..

I wonder if we've seen the last of Redemption Island, though....even after the merge next week.

@Irishk,
I'm surprised they let the other tribes look in on the duels for so long. I thought they were going to let it be a surprise as to who was returning.

@Green Witch,
Jeff was tweeting live during the show again last night. He said it was to 'mix it up'...by letting the cast off talk so long. I thought Rob, in particular, got some good intel from Stephenie. She might still be talking if Jeff hadn't told her to go ahead and throw her buff in the fire lol.
