The guy was also accused of rape and got off, but there was a video of him being one of several people to have sex with one girl in one night, unless I misunderstood the other article I read. Sounds like a kid with a future.
and this gets a person 10 years in prison and a sexual preditor status? Kids are going to have sex. I would have given him a year for stupidity for taping it but other than that it is teens being teens.
I agree where were the parents and why would a hotel owner let teens rent a room without and adult?
teens are going to have sex just like teens are going to drink. Putting them in jail isn't going to solve the problem.
Having a serious debate about the spread of disease is. For example many girls contract STD in their throat if the do this.
"Contrary to popular belief, sexually transmitted diseases (STD's) can be transmitted through oral sex. When performing oral sex you can contract such STD's as oral herpes, hepatitis B, gonorrhea, syphilis, genital warts and even HIV. The way that STD's are spread is through the sharing of fluid bodily fluids, so if you have a cut in your mouth, even a very small and seemingly harmless or unnoticeable one, you do run the risk of getting an STD even if you are not engaging in sexual intercourse."

telling your teen the truth of the consequences will deter them more than this "God said wait until marriage" Teens want to know why and they natually question authority. They simply roll their eyes at such "God said so statements"
I am sure if this girl was aware of the reprecussions and took it seriously she would not be doing it. Also her parent could have talked to her about the social rammifactions of it of being labled a "slu*" "who*e" and other such names for premiscious women.
Same goes for males. Males needs to stop being fed this concept that women are to be treated like sex objects and here for their amusment, entertainment and pleasure. This whole hip/hop and rap culture is breeding a whole generations of teens glorifying sex and abuse of women sexually.
We have a sexist culture where women are idolized as sexual objects. I never see men on commercials strutting around in skimpy outfits and tight thongs and 5 men to a women. men are always seen with dignity and almost always fully clothed unlike our women.
