my tel is on, or i wouldn't be here online, someone must of taken out another tel pole or something.....wasn't me tho lol.
mmmm, My mom said it was just their line, figured I'd ask... thanks.
could be the wind, or a bad connection at the box on the pole if it goes underground to the house. i think i know where it is by looking at the pics, anything can go wrong there, exposed to everything at mother natures whims. i usually go to the box and fiddle with the wires, spray it with wd40 to get the salt off. that does the trick.
ah, yeah, the salt. I'll tell them about that, maybe they can go out and spray. The cable guy can't get there until thursday or friday.
Good detective work.
Aw, it's been a long time Bib!
Wow. This thread has been BUSY!
I have skimmed over about four looooong pages (thanks Craven for changing that viewing limit!!!!) of chat.
LittleK -- You say that this last one, while pleasant, was too old. Does that mean you have a pretty good idea what you're looking for?
For example, if I were in the market, I'd be looking for a guy about my age, give or take X number of years, who played the cello and was Asian. Glasses, OK. Must like dogs. Friendly, smart, humorous and never been to jail. Job or adequate income. You know the usual... trolling for Yo Yo Ma. So what are you priorities? Maybe if we can all visualize this person, it will be easier to "send" him you way.
I edge towards the belief that there is love at first sight and that there is one perfect person for you.
I like flirting with L'k cause she has a cute avatar and I know, well I hope she feels the same that we're having harmless fun.
Of course it's harmless and fun, Husker!
Piffka - Too old, but that prolly won't derail the course. He's 11 years my senior.
I have a general preference, the personals sites have sections on what each individual is looking for in a match. So, men should be able to see whether they fit into the categories I've named.
I know we're a pair, but I'm already spoken for! Shucks, darn and all that stuff.
Husker, you're funny! It never entered my mind to take any abuzz/A2K flriting seriously. Well, not after the one time I did.
Just being reminded of a bookstore, a rain shower, and a man covering some books.
I didn't take it seriously and he wasn't from abuzz/A2K!
my point precisely - you didn't take it seriously. (the location had nothing to do with it)
oooooh, I see. Right, I usually don't even notice flirting aimed at me.
