You can use
non ("not") instead of
nunquam ("never") and the meaning is
pretty much the same.
But
moritur (which is singular in number) must not be used instead of
moriuntur (which is plural in number) because the subject (somnia,
"dreams") is plural. In Latin the verb must have the same number
as the subject. It's a bit like saying "they is" instead of "they are"
in English.
