All OK here .... Walking about 10 km early every morning with a friend. The first exercise I've done in YEARS! It feels good!
Apart from that, taking things very much on a day by day basis: Hmmmmmmm, what do I feel like now, I ask myself?
Sleeping a lot in the afternoons, in between lots of reading .... I guess I must need to do this - it's been a bugger of a demanding year & it's time to unwind!
