SHUD the NYC Police

Do the police belong in prison ?
I re-iterate:

David, have you looked into whether, or to what degree, this man was indeed criminal?
he couldn't have read a single article about the case or so i hope.
Dave is just Dave....

Again the wrong term (and besides: why and how did I get my marksman certificate, you think?), and again you show .... well: see above.
No, it isn't the wrong term. Now you're a troll. You even look like one in your avatar.
He appears to have his head on his shoulders, contrary to your observation in an earlier post.
The ice is getting thin when cj is poking Walter's privates...
Dave, done yer research yet????
Let me ask you a hypothetical, David:
Assume a man walks into a bank, pulls out a handgun, and demands that the teller give him all the money, which he/she does. Next, assume a law enforcement officer happens upon him during the act, takes his gun away from him, and locks him up in jail.
What property crimes have been committed, in your opinion?

No
"Never confuse absolute loyalty to an obsession by examining possibly contradictory information": That's your motto, I assume?

The bank robbery; ( not the disarmament ).
The officer was defending the bank,
which is proper.

No; its: don 't underestimate my loyalty to laziness.
Sometimes I feel less energetic than others.
But wouldn't it just make sense, if you and cjsha are going to be using this man's situation as a rallying point for your "cause", that you would at least minimally ensure that he was on the right side of the law?
No, it doesn't matter. Trial by media and sensationalizing of a real non-discovery is the point.
You're missing the forest for the trees. This is election year sensationalism.
Bloomberg and his NYPD are anti-2A. So's Guliani, Obama, Clinton, even Romney to a degree.
Either word up on the Constitution or never expect to be President. The NRA and its members will make sure of it.
