The only thing that bothered me about the Clinton debacle, was that it became so long and drawn out with all the inquisitions and redundant questions.

Legally, Clinton had a leasehold interest in the White House while in office. Provided he did not physical damage to the building, his doings were not the business of others.

Not being a lawyer, I don't know the legalities. I do know he shouldn't have been in there doing whatever with someone he was not married to. Had it been Hillary down on her knees, I would not have had much issue at all, except to inquire about his taste in women. But again, that is another issue.
