Glad you're back home, farmerman.

Bananas.... I've been put of banana regimens many times over the years. Stomach problems in the 70s (eat bananas), kidney problems in the 80s (eat bananas), hypoglycemia intermittently (eat bananas). I seldom eat bananas anymore -- they too medicinal for me Very Happy , but they're very, very good for you.

Eat your bananas, farmerman.

You can freeze them and sit on them too.... of course that may only work for a certain segment of the population and I'm not exactly sure what the specific benefits are.... Slappy I believe has mentioned it a few times. Consult with him.

Ill have to take these ways of banana intake under advisement. Ill check with my doctor re: Bears suggestion.
I would magine that one would have to rsmove ones unner pants.

BBB I see that Baked potato and the king-apricots are on the list because they, unli,ke the crisps, dont have a huge equal slug of sodium. Is a Sultana, a brand of Raisin? I( sewe the thing to most avoid is cereal (bran flakes are mostly sodium )

When I was down in Argentina last year, we were in the Los Capital valley where a lot of bananas are grown as a cover crop for matte bushes. They had all kinds of flavors and varieties . Each one a different treat when eaten fresh. The crap we get in a supermarket is as close to real banana flavor as canned tunafish is to a fresh tuna steak.

farmerman :
more "unasked for" advice : add a couple of ripe - but NOT overripe ! - ...KIWIS... to your daily food . that covers about 20% of daily pot dose - they are easy to digest and contain lots of other good stuff .
we find that eating a large bowl of mixed cereals with fresh fruits - bananas , kiwis ... - and PLAIN yoghurt is an easy task every morning - and we don't hesitate to follow up with our regular breakfast !
to cut down on sodium , we buy PLAIN bran , pumpkin seeds and flax-seed from our local organics store - quite a lot less expensive than at the supermarket and much fresher tasting . we grind the flaxseed in a food processor and toast a large batch of it and the bran and pumpkin seeds for a two-week period . we keep it in the freezer and it
stays fresh .
***toast the flaxseed LIGHTLY or they'll taste like fresh linoleum Shocked

best wishes from the great white north for speedy recovery !

hamburger. I dislike sail boats. Im a "sludge pot driver". Too much work in sailing, nebver a minutes rest and youre always conserving power.
Looks like Im gonna be readmitted, My K level isnt sustaining itself , even with the supplement . Too much K is just as dangerous as not enough.

Ive got hypokalemia freom something> The first thing theyre gonna do is tox tests to see if its maybe some kind of weird chelation going on from my work with Titanium.

oh ****.
