Being against illegal immigration doesn't make you a racist.

I'm bigoted against bigots. I also tend to bully bullies (sometimes at my own peril). I find it curious that you're more offended by the word bigot than beaner. If your complaint is with name-calling; why not start by pointing your disdain at the bigots using bigoted names? I'm neither hypersensitive nor excessively politically correct. One need not be to object to open bigotry. Calling people spics, beaners, wetbacks, chinks, jigs etc qualifies as open bigotry. If you would allow these terms on the first grade playground; I wouldn't trust you with my kids. I'd question your intelligence if you merely placed the term bigot in the same category… that you find it worse removes the need.
