I know this is a jokes thread, but that is a quote of Porfirio Diaz. He was elected president of Mexcio in 1876, and twice thereafter, before declaring himself president for life. This eventually lead to a rebellion across Mexico in 1911. Diaz died in Paris in 1915, and the revolution lasted until 1920. So it was an ugly joke on Mexico.
