Aircraft Crashes into NY Building

I know I made a crack about "the third time" re the woman in the condo the plane's flames roared through, that was nervous humor. I can hardly grasp how her housekeeper and she dealt at the time.

And if I worried about aimed threats, I can just guess people right there were in real panic, at least for a bit.

My old friend Paola lived a block or so away...

So, I still worry about flight access by the rivers, with or without pilots checking in with traffic control. (what good...) Not to belabor a bummer... but this is true for other cities as well, including around my old neighborhood near LAX.. and not only re US cities. Not to sow panic, but
to express wonderment about various issues. Billions for defense and..??
Speaking not in my antiadmistration voice.

Now I'm thinking the flight instructor may have been trying to killl a woman (or man) either in the apartment building or on the ground, that he had been having a failed affair with. Previously this person had tried to kill the instructor by poisoning him through food and drink, causing him to behave irrationally, and decide to fly up the river which he'd never done before. Lidle was just a convenient pawn with a plane and a bad rap with the press, who had just pitched the last game of the Yankees season, making the suicide angle more plausible. It would also take away from the victory by their hated rival, Detroit, the only team in baseball with better uniforms than the Yankees.

Yeah, that's the ticket.

When devoid of facts ----- speculate and make wild innuendos and accusatons like murder, suicide and whatever else is the flavour of the day.

The guy in the bank line said, "he's a loser, you know." I think those two guys were just mad about the Yankees' loss. Baseball comes first.

It might be. It might not be. It would be unmanly to complain, indeed, to even notice.

No, it would be unmanly to fly your plane into a building, while getting a Monica from your male flight instructor. But that is apparently beside the point.

Interesting that the fascinations of some folks are so predictable. Character certainly is an individual accomplishment.

Shouldn't fun be had at one's own expense and not at the expense of others?

I poke more fun at myself than others. If you can't figure it out, that isn't my problem. If you are upset about my "Intrepid Goes Hunting" thread, consider that you've been stalking me for some time.
