My little Goblin is subsonic - not sure if should wait for Timber, who hasn't declared yet what he's flying; besides, Stradee is the one with the airport maps <G>

timber appreciates The Bird ... thanks, HofT. I'll be along shortly. I'm a subsonic sort myself ... trying to choose between an AV-8B MkII and an A-10. The nimbleness of the Harrier appeals, but the unadorned, undecorated, plain-and-simple efficiency of the Warthog is nice too.

Wow, HofT, that nasa picture is beautiful! I LOVE airplances; it's just the tech language that I don't understand, except 10-4.

Considering how easily distracted Blatham is, why don't you try crossing the border in his vicinity--his eye doesn't seem to be on the sky.

Wherever Lola finally decides to travel, I'm thinking of joining Sandra in Victoria. It sounds enchanting, even with the doddering monarchists. A little dillying, a little doddering, what could possibly go wrong?

Stradee supersonic looks for Danon/ sees Blackbird and tips Hornets wings/

not to worry about flight plan Danon/ Blatham wearing PETA shirt will be standing near 1-9er right runway/ Timber chooses the Harrier just in case nude advocacy groups not cleared by ground control and must make fast exit
from Victoria International/ Timber can fly altitude /emergency call to Wizardmobile/Blatham calling coordinates from radio disguised as surveyor stand/Blatham's peeking seems to have added people to our group/ Stradee radios tower and asks flight commander to call Lola and ask her to pack togas

Hoft's subsonic/ waves to Stradee, Danon, and Timber / Stradee radios
to please stand by for air refuel so Hornet, Blackbird, and Harrier have a chance to catch up/ Stradee thanks Hoft for inflight pics of Hornet and Blackbird <gosh the planes are pretty>

It's ok Diane, just add N S E W NE SE, etc. Longitude and Latitude for coordinates when flying or driving the Whizardmobile. Very Happy

Stradee has brownie mix plus microwaved shrooms in fuselage holding compartment and narry a one ingested/ yet

Blatham securing border as Hoft, Stradee, Danon, and Timber prepare for landing/ Stradee calls tower "This is Hornet asking permission to land / no sir, I did not see a Stealth buzzing landing field/ stand by, sir

Mikey and Diane along with rest of Lola's friends, preparing Wizardmobil for transport to Sidney <next door to Victoria International>

Mikey, you and I will have to use the old Cafe clickers. I don't know how to fly an airplane and I have to be busy at the meetings of the American Psychoanalytic Association this week. So I'll have to click myself back and forth from New York. Come on down and you can go with me. I have my trusty little clicker here. Wassau brought one over. Ethel said I could.

Diane and P&L, you guys name the date and we'll have a little Salon reunion in Victoria this Spring or Summer. I would dearly love to see that part of the world.............I've never been there. Must try it out.

Lola going to bed now. Very tired and needing to be ready to work tomorrow. Now, I am ready for one of those brownies......... Diane, Stradee, let's pull those things out of the fuselage holding pocket and set the table for a little gentle snack.

HofT, are you around New York this week?

Hi Lola! Good to see you. Yes, will be in New York Sunday evening and most of Monday, leaving for Boston late p.m. Monday. Would love to get together. Here's your new, improved, GPS-powered clicker btw>>

>> and if you really want lots of local detail, enter the coordinates here, remembering degrees West and South are negative numbers:

Meanwhile, back in the desert, Cobalt picks her way carefully 'round the cactus that got her snared several weeks ago. She looks up at the full moon and breathes easy... Yes, cactus and rocks by moonlight, mountains in the horizon on three directions, what a nice place to be.

Cobalt is very happy her brother will have a place to live starting this week, since his home burned down last week. Cobalt sighs again, thinks that last week was the pits, and now just hopes the pit or pith crew (or whatever it is in pilot-speak) from the Salon Adventurers Expeditionary Force will arrive saefly and intact, and maybe even in contact, lol! This aside is brought to you in the context of fond comraderie.

Cobolt, sorry to hear of your brother's misfortune. Hope all is well for you and your family soon. Godspeed.
