Good afternoon, good evening, good morning (wherever you reside)!

My name is Stacey and I'm looking forward to traveling the globe and visiting my new friends at able2know.

I've been reading the forum and lurking behind the scenes via Tsarstepan's account. I felt it was time I took off and traveled the globe as Penny the hamster (http://able2know.org/topic/96041-1) is my greatest motivation.

If you're willing to host me in my journey across the globe then I'd be happy to drop in a visit ya. Just PM me or tsarstepan if you are interested in taking part in this adventure.

Like Penny's adventure, time is not that important. I have all the time in the world.

1.) Be a responsible puppster-caretaker.
2.) Be willing to pay shipping to send me, Stacey, on my way.
3.) Be willing to give your address to an A2K'er (the one who sends me, Stacey, to you).
4.) Have a camera or another means of taking my picture in your area.
5.) Be willing to post pictures and descriptions here on this thread.

I'm here! Oh, Boston!

So jes and Reg have already gotten me into a little bit of a routine. Hmm! I'm actually doing a little work while I'm here.

The first thing I had to do was, you see, jespah is a writer. She asked me to edit her work.

Just between you and me, it's kind of a rough draft.

Then I figured I'd look for a surer thing in terms of reading material. I can't decide which Tolkein book to read!

I looked around their house. jes's father has a bunch of patents! They decorate most of the walls on the first and second floor of the house.

I even checked out - jes has a personally autographed photograph from her favorite actor, Steven Culp. He even wrote her a nice note encouraging her in her writing. I had to get close to read his handwriting. His penmanship could use a little help, you see.

Finally, we had a snack. I had a vegan ice 'cream' on a stick. It was really good!

I was getting worried there a bit. Good that you arrived safely to your destination Stacey. Now don't you go completely over to the dark side and go all vegan on us. Wink

It was only vegan for the evening, so we can, you know, do a little preemptive cholesterol watching. One's travel diet is often problematic, you know.

I do believe her passport will be notarized (if there's ink in the stamper).

Today's already been full, and it's only a little after 1 PM here.

First, we had to take RP to Back Bay.

I consulted the GPS.

We opened the sun roof.

I wanted to go back that way but I was voted down. It was an insurance thing, I'm led to understand.

Then we did a little cooking. I was the sous chef!

I had some of the green apple after I'd helped cut it up.

I really concentrated so I wouldn't accidentally hurt myself.

Then we went outside. It's a beautiful day! The hibiscus bush was blooming like crazy!

jes held onto me so I wouldn't fall into the hibiscus bush.
