B1?
I thought a combination B maybe?
OK then.
I'm pleased to tell you it's not a biggy. But as I'm gadding about again tomorrow I just want to ensure that there are no unpleasant after effects.
Thanks.

Ok, here's a challenge to you home remedy experts: hives/heat lumps. Itchy ones! Any effective home made treatment for that? I have aloe vera growing here & it's quite soothing for about 5 minutes Smile .... any other (longer lasting) suggestions?

Tried that, dag & it didn't help at all.
I now have a little squirty container of tea tree oil & that's helping matters a bit. It (the tea tree smell) is bothering my cat, though. Doesn't want to know me! Laughing
