Noddy! You must be tiny! Hold your dominion.
Back to 165 this morning. That's where I was last Thursday. Seems the holiday weight gain was transient.
Noddy, where are you? You're all but disappearing on us!
ehBeth, I salute you. I can never resist holiday munching.
Thanks, all. Believe me that was a stubborn pound.
Cav--
I have 20-25 pounds to go. I have tiny, brittle bones--nature meant me to be a bony crone rather than a jolly fat geriatriac.
Joe--
Thanks for the smiles. Say hello to Broadway for me. Can you match the pound? We really should stay symmetrical. The universe needs balance.
margo--
You understand the mystical significence of three-digit numbers ending in "9". We know our onions.
George--
Now that the holiday is over and done, remember "easy come, easy go"--particularly if you get on the stick immediately. Too, too solid flesh really will melt.
All--Hold your dominions.
Between 5'2" and 5'3" depending on whether I'm standing on my good leg or my bad leg.
I've been on Trimspa (ephedra free) for 9 weeks and have lost 25 pounds. I feel great! Ride my exercise bike 30 minutes a day and walk 3 times a week. I'm feeling so much better.
cav-I drink a bottle of V-8 everyday! Like you, I hated that stuff now, when it's very chilled, it's delicious and so healthy for your body.
Good lord, Noddy, you are going to be miniaturized. I'm about 5'3", and the last time I weighed under 110, I was in junior high, and was considered to be too thin by our family doctor. Of course, I've got the hips that resist all diets - bones just don't vaporize.
I was taken to lunch at a place we sorta frequent at work. I ordered less than I did just a month ago - and couldn't finish my meal. I think my body's starting to catch on!
I'm not a huge V-8 fan, but I love chilled Garden Cocktail in the summer - it's a definite summer meal. (it's much like V-8, but I find it less celeryish)
ehBeth--
I have to select my glasses frames from the children's department. A new watchband means punching at least two extra holes--with generous spacing.
Because of genetic tendency to brittle bones, I have rods in both femurs--from the pediatric selection.
I'm aiming for between 105 and 110. Every pound I lose is one less I have to carry on my damn brittle bones.
Noddy, you are tiny! and becoming tinier. Good on ya.
We're all getting healthier and that's wonderful.
Thanks, ehBeth. I won't look scrawny--I'll look petite--or like one of those wizened, weathered mountain women who can take on the world.
Ahem.

Hey, I had an idea...chop up some fresh veggies and some chili pepper, pour well-chilled V8 over it, instant gazpacho!
Joe--
Wonderful. Keep holding.

Instant health food?
V8 is a vegetable cocktail, with no sugar. It's made by the Campbell's soup people, and they have several other products as well. For me, the original is the most healthful, although a tad high in sodium, but still only 25% of your daily recommended allowance.

They don't sell V8 in England?
