@Jenny02,
Eat right and exercise. And don't try to spot lose because weight loss does not work that way.

@Jenny02,
There are actually a few proven strategies that have been shown to target the fat in the belly area more than other areas of the body.
Here are evidence-based ways to lose belly fat:
1. Eat Plenty of Soluble Fiber
2. Avoid Foods That Contain Trans Fats
3. Don’t Drink Too Much Alcohol
4. Eat a High-Protein Diet
5. Don’t Eat a Lot of Sugary Foods
6. Do Aerobic Exercise (Cardio)
7. Cut Back on Carbs, Especially Refined Carbs
8. Get Plenty of Restful Sleep
9. Eat Fatty Fish Every Week
10. Add Apple Cider Vinegar to Your Diet
11. Drink Green Tea

@Jenny02,
Control your diet and do exercise properly. You'd better not eat food before sleeping and avoid puffed food. I think cola and milk tea are not good for you if you want to loose weight. May be you can drink green tea.And aerobic exercise is more helpful than anaerobic exercise.

What kind of belly?

Commonly are two kind of bellies, but there are more if one adds the diabetic belly, etc.

The two common classes of belly are: The soft belly, and the hard belly.

The soft belly is the one you press it with the hand and goes to the inside the body very easily.

The hard belly is the one you press it with the hand and you feel that is hard to be be pushed to the inside.

The treatments are different.

The soft belly can be treated as suggested above, eating less and doing exercises. Walking, biking, playing a sport. Don't be discouraged if your legs and arms are the first ones to get skinny, because eventually your belly will catch up anyway. The belly will take longer to disappear, but in about a year and a half to two years you might accomplish leaning your body properly.

If you rush losing weight, you will recover it again because your body will desperately try to be as it was before.

Now, about the hard belly.

A hard belly is commonly a problem with accumulation of water. This is a problem that involves medical attention. It can be the liver, or any other organ or medical condition causing it.

For this hard belly diet and exercises won't be enough but following what the doctor prescribes you to stop such accumulation of water in your belly.

Then, it is not just diet, but a special diet plus some medicine. If the accumulation of water is cleared up, your body won't need of much exercise to diminish the size of the belly.

However, exercise is recommended with or without big bellies.
