i am obese and i know it is really unhealthy to lose that much in a week. However, i am not starving myself. I eat well (i don't feel hungry), stay hydrated and walk for 45 mins a day. I also eat junks whenever i crave it (IN MODERATION).
my BMI was 31.4 when i started (i started a week ago) now it's gone to 30.1
i lost 6.6 lbs (3 kg) in a week.
should i eat more to slow down the weight loss or continue my same routine?
like i said, I am not starving myself at all. I am only eating clean.
Is this the first week? Because if it is, don't sweat it as the loss is likely mainly water.
What's your starting weight before this loss?
