is it okay to lose 6.6 lbs (3kg) in a week?

i am obese and i know it is really unhealthy to lose that much in a week. However, i am not starving myself. I eat well (i don't feel hungry), stay hydrated and walk for 45 mins a day. I also eat junks whenever i crave it (IN MODERATION).

my BMI was 31.4 when i started (i started a week ago) now it's gone to 30.1
i lost 6.6 lbs (3 kg) in a week.
should i eat more to slow down the weight loss or continue my same routine?
like i said, I am not starving myself at all. I am only eating clean.

Is this the first week? Because if it is, don't sweat it as the loss is likely mainly water.

What's your starting weight before this loss?

it also might be beneficial to see your local doctor when starting a diet.

No, It's too much.
On the first week, you lost water. And now as I think, you are losing muscles, not fat.
