Session today will be 20 mins weights then 20 mins at heart rate 140 on rower for 5000m

OK nice easy session I honestly did not think I would be saying that 5 weeks ago when I started this program.
20 minutes weights
Then easy row over 5000 metres at heart rate/pulse 140 in 20 mins 43 secs, up until last week that would have been my best time and it was easy. I think the weights must be helping my strength. I can now do 33 press ups without collapsing, 10 was a struggle when I started-maybe there's something to this
Saturday gym session quite busy in there today:
20 mins weights, pecs, abs and lats machines then wait for it- 59 mins on the treadmill covering 6.6 miles-800 calories-which based on the amount of sweat must be equivalent to about 6 pints of lost water !!
Set the treadmill to 6.7 mph and ran for 59 mins.
Tomorrow will go for fat burn and keep pulse rate at around 130-normally work around 140-160 and at the top end that is getting too high. So probably rower for 40 mins or an hour depending on how I feel.

Yesterday I did 10-15 mins light weights then 10,000m on the rower in around 48 mins
I already know I'm skipping the gym tonight.
Kids, drinking multiple vodka+tonics will lead to no fun the next day.

BAD GIRL! i had a tuna melt sandwhich AND chicken wings AND a pub burger with oven fries... I biked everywhere, but there is no way I could bike all that off. Well, tomorrow morning I shall be running as if somebody's life depended on it, and oh yeah, I will drink the 'Slimming Special Tea', a disgusting mock of a tea I bought In Super 88, a chinese supermarket. If I condense all the bad food into a few hours of consumption, surely it will come as a shock to my body and it won't have as much time to digest it as if I was eating it in a span of say 2 days. right? right?
What is the secret ingredient in "Slimming Tea"? I too have seen this in the Chinese markets. Wonder if it contains mua huong (ephedra)?
It does not have ingredients listed ;-) But I am getting used to the taste, it is interesting. I don't know if it actually does anything, but I imagine my metabolism working full speed after I drink it and that makes me feel good. It's all in the head, or some of it anyways.
