jp--

Congratulations. Of course your lost fat is our lost fat.

shewolf--

Great plans. Now implement them. You can out-think yourself if you really try.

Joe--

4.1 pounds? You are definitely the Loser of the Week.

J_B--

Focus, woman, focus. You are just as important as the rest of your adorable family.

I've lost two pounds. I've also lost a total of 2 1/8 inches from Bust, Waist, Hips, Good thigh and Bad thigh.

My scale as of right now says I am down 2 pounds in 3 days.
I guess it would only be fair to also say that my time of the month was over then as well.
So I will credit those 2 pounds to that event's passing, and start where I am .
_36.5

my starting point.

If I lean to the left - 2 pounds.

If I lean to the right - about 1.5 pounds.

Goal : tomorrow - 2 pounds - standing straight up.

On both traditional and electronic scales:

The moving finger writes and having writ
Moves on. Not all thy piety nor all thy wit
Can call it back to cancel half a line,
Nor all thy tears wash out a word of it.

Good job on losing over the weekend, shewolf.

I'm down 1 lb from Friday, back into the 7s (barely) but losing over the weekend is difficult for me so I'll take it. Nice weather forecast for this week. I hope to get plenty of outdoor exercise.

Shewolf, ehBeth--

Congratulations.

I've picked up two pounds of water weight--the grain and the grape do that. What's done is done.

I've had a brisk half hour walk--with hills. A cantaloupe has been chopped into user-friendly bites and I have a salad waiting in the fridge for the next time I convince myself that I'm starving.

When my energy comes back, I have a yard full of oak leaves, a grass rake and a garden rake.

I have cold strawberry-kiwi sugar free jello in the fridge for easy sweet snacks.

it makes a great cold treat too.

I guess.. some how.. you found the 2 pounds I lost.
now that I know where they are, they may return home soon..
