I was thinking the same thing..
only when I see this thread pop up, do i look at what is going in my mouth.
simple report for the week though.
I started monday morning with giving myself 1/2 portions of what I used to.
I took on 2 more jobs that I have been some what avoiding because of the amount of work they will require.
It is enough work to make me sweat and faint..
but nothing like getting PAID for aerobic exercise.
And, i need the money. So , not putting those off anymore.. I now work 5 days a week.

Started a new-ish play group for the park just down the street from the house so that I HAVE to walk every day because I have people counting on me for introductions to new moms and kids to the group.
And, it is just like me to take on all these new tasks and bum-rush through some good lifestyle changes, and to lose steam quickly.
I am hoping, I can keep this up for at LEAST one month..
that should give me the 5lb loss I committed too, and possibly more.
you will, and then it won't be 'new' lifestyle, but 'your' lifestyle.
Streaking is good exercise, I'm told.
I think of it more as a spectator sport.
