ehbeth, I think an inch around the waste, measured by belt or tape would be pretty close to 10 lbs, don't you?

we are starting this weekend walking.

as I used to do..

we are going to take Jillian to marbrige farms. A big plant store essentially, that has kiddo entertainment, walking trails... etc.

Of course, there's no point if I don't take my antihistamine and drink some tea.

okay, okay. I'll do something later - after coffee. I made up a gallon of cranwater, dug out the flax oil and made a peach smoothie for breakfast.

Ok, I've been on Weight Watchers for 46 weeks Shocked and I've lost an average of 1.5 pounds per week. (Some weeks were much better, some weeks were gains.)

So put me down for 6 pounds down this month, but I'll see if I can make it a better than average month...

Yesterday was a great start. I had artichoke-spinach dip, crackers, peanuts, and a Dove ice cream bar for dinner. It's a good thing there isn't any butter in the house :wink:

Talking about butter is wicked but not as wicked as slathering butter on every carb in the kitchen.

The church goers should be finished with their parking lot--I'm off to reclaim it.

Well, the official WW party line is that it's not a diet, it's a lifestyle change.

So, I'll be on the weight loss part of this lifestyle for as long as it takes to lose 60 more pounds or so. (Probably a year or so.) Then I'll be on maintenance for the rest of my life.

I weighed in on April 1 at 177. This was a bit of a surprize, as I thought
I would tip 'em at about 180. So my target is 171. Yikes!
