got this month started off pretty well.

By accident, the mister, myself and bean ended up walking / jogging for 4 hours.. Shocked

we were just having so much fun walking and running after each other, by the time we realized we were tired and ready to head home, we had walked almost 2 hours away from the house.

holy moly.

but it felt good. Very Happy

Shewolf--

Excellent beginning--particularly if you didn't slaughter your mate and your cub on the weary trek home.

The world is not as I would have it. The Catholic Church is understandably worried about lawsuits and I've been cast out of their lovely, level parking lot.

A parking lot, a parking lot, my domain for a parking lot!

Come to St. Pat's.
All you have to worry about is munchkins learning to ride their two-wheelers.

George--

Post-Easter means that every first grader in the Whole World gets a two-wheeler with training wheels.

A dreadful number of parents seem to think the training wheels come with guardian angels.

Ah, the Rites of Spring.

being hungry is good, right?

<anyone with a meaty arm or leg walking by was in danger on the subway coming home>

I think I need to remember to carry something innocuous <calorie-wise> to nibble on during my commute home.

Remember the time Slappy started exercising? His doctor told him to walk five miles a day, but Slappy finally gave up after a month because he was 150 miles from home.

Congrats to those who have figured out that it's actually April as I seem to be stuck in March. Maybe today will be the day that I pull it all together.

J_B--

You need to switch from Earth Mother Vigil Mode to Spring Goddess Mode. You can do it.

George--

Very inspirational.

I'm going to march up and down the driveway--as ordered.

I'm Caesar's slut! (in the musical). And so giddy about it, too. It's a great workout, crawling on knees a lot, push ups, rolling on the floor - we only stand up once in the whole number. I am sore (and have been for weeks from tapping, boxing, dancing...), now with added bruises. Life is gooooood.

I may have removed the first April pound. Feels that way. My one-size smaller clothes, that were feeling tight, are loosening slightly. hmmmmmm

Good evening meals by Set are helping. Last night he made wilted spinach salad, and I prepared roasted cauliflower to be eaten with turkey club sandwiches. Tasty, and surprisingly good for us.
