Way back when running tights were the big thing,
I was asked why I was still wearing baggy sweats.
I replied "These ARE tights. I'M baggy."

WOO-HOOOOO!!! Good for you baby!
On a sadder note, I'm heading to my weigh-in shortly. I don't expect to have lost any - maybe a gain even. <sigh> It's just one of those weeks. Next week should be better...
The muffins continue to do their job here - and my wardrobe issues get stranger day by day.
Goodwill is going to get very used to me appearing at their back door with a bag of lovely clothes to donate. <or at least I hope so>
Some good workouts this week, but some really awful eating.
It's like a freakin addiction.

Congratulations.
Mac--
How was your weigh-in?
I gained a pound, darn it. But so it goes - I'm determined not to let setbacks deter me. I'll lose that pound and more this week (or the week after that or the week after that...)
Only 70 pounds to goal!
mac--
You knew the news might be bad--and you weighed in anyway. You're thinking thin.
Hold your dominion.
Thanks Noddy. Having lost this much, there's no way I'm going back now.
Still at 181, but that's not so bad as I had been higher during the week.
I find my self slipping back into bad habits and I'm disappointed in my
lack of willpower. I need to take this one day at a time.
you've done it before, you'll do it again, george.
being attacked by a flu again. throbbing headache, no appetite. Weee!
Thanks, Dag.
Get well! Sickness may be an effective way to lose weight,
but I don't recommend it.
I just ate.... way too much! It's ok, really. I was more than ready for something rib-sticking.
173 this morning for the first time since before Thanksgiving. I'll skip tomorrow's weigh-in. My clothes are comfortable again so I'm back in the comfort zone.
Feel better, Dag.
Kudos to all the losers of this week.
Dag: sick again? Stop breathing around all those other sick people, will you?
This has been a bad two weeks for me. I started out both weeks by working out too hard, followed by several days of recovery (read that as lousy choices of food intake.) As a result I have had a flat graph for the past ten days.
Deep breath, all those who are also having, as the French say, zee time of the zee bad. Good days start now.

Yesterday was more disciplined.
A four-miler at lunch.
A couple of ginger snaps my only sweets.
Planning an upper-body workout at noon.
One day at a time.
