I just cut and pasted your routine into my Palm. I think it looks well rounded, (might do the abs everyday, can't do enough abs.)
I've been doing 5lb increasesX10
ie Ist set 50x10 2nd set 55x10 3rd 60x10. If the last ten are easy to do, you go up five at the NEXT session. (This is for making muscle mass)
Are you doing four sets of 12 at the same weight?

I mix it up, Joe. Some days I do 4 sets of 12 with a weight that is med-high, some days I do med-high/high/high/med. Overall the weight lifted turns out to be about the same. The other thing I do is try to up my base weight every two or three weeks by 5 lbs. I definately vary the weights between sets when I'm shifting to a new base level.
I had a good workout this morning, adding in the extra cardio. I did well yesterday with the diet: cereal/milk, ls V8, for breakfast, steamed veggies and shrimp with lemon/olive oil for lunch, stir-fried veggies and pork tenderloin with quinoa side dish for dinner, along with a large apple mid-morning and a handful of almonds mid-afternoon. About 1200 cals total and not the least bit hungry during the evening.
