Weigh-in: 175.
Maintaining.
Still undecided about the fat pants.
next time my polish colleague will be asking me to go out into town, please remind me i am way too old for this. got home sometime around 5am with a severe case of hiccups (that always always always happens to me, no matter how little or much i drink) and am wiped out all day. i'm sure i will also be wiped out tomorrow. random joints ache, my eyes look like they were punches by someone repeatedly and i've been gorging all day, craving mostly meat. ugh. so i guess i'll be re-starting the no-carb thing tomorrow. today is a dead day.
George--
Ditch the fat pants.
Dak--
I'm petty. I like knowing you have some of the weaknesses of mortals.
174 this morning.
...and I know I'll be getting plenty of exercise throwin' snow later.
The fat pants are getting closser and closer to the Goodwill bin.
Go for it, George - you'll feel good about it later.
I'm down another pound today, that's five since Monday and two more than my target for next Monday. I like having a buffer heading into the weekend. My bp is too high (137/70) which will keep my motivation level up there. I need to get below 176 and then my bp should drop. Hopefully I'll get there in another week or so.
I've done some easy exercising every day this week. If I keep at it I will chisel away at the 15 lbs I gained since hurting my back in August. My problem comes from doing too much too soon and getting laid-up again. Moderation is not my strong suit.
We're eating dinner out tonight. I need to pay attention to what I order/eat.
Ooooh eating out!
Usually my downfall.
Nigel and I ate at the Bear Rock Cafe, last night, a soup and sandwich
kinda place. There was glass case loaded up with cheesecakes and other
delectables.
I am happy to say I did not have any.
Goodwill needs those pants.
huh. my formerly painfully tight pants, then big loose pants are kinda shrinking again. gotta get serious again. tomorrow! eeeyep.
Checking in, fully recovered from pigmouth Thanksgiving and this morning hit a new low weightwise
208.6.
10K run on Sunday.
Believers, please pray for 40 degree weather. I'll pay extra for no wind.
Joe(running in the snow's a no-no)Nation
Prayers as specified.
No-wind petition thrown in at no extra cost.

WTG, JOE!
You're a man on a mission. I'll be thinking of you tomorrow.
I had a pretty good day yesterday, did a bit of damage last night at dinner but I'm still on track for a Monday weigh-in with at least a 3lb loss for the week.
Company holiday party tonight.
I'm considering wearing a skirt that's a bit snug to remind me not to get carried away with all the yum appies.
George--
The Spirit of the Season should push those fat pants towards the Goodwill Bin.
Joe--
Good luck tomorrow. May you finish the course in dignity without huffing and puffing.
J_B--
I've found alcohol elevates my blood pressure--as does Mr. Noddy's hobby of accumulating Frequent Rider Miles in the local ambulance.
Three lost pounds in a holiday week is excellent.
EhBeth--
You can wear comfortable clothes to the ball, but you have to take your conscience along.
Go joe!
Best wishes today.. enjoy the runners high.
She( getting off her butt to go to the park in honor of you) wolf
Excellent run this frozen morning. Slogged and plodded appropriately.
Ten Kilometers in a hour and fifteen minutes.
Had hot shower.
Now a nap.
Joe(must finish the next seasonal story later this pm)Nation
A kilometer ever seven minutes?
Congratulations.
Way to go, Joe! (and shewolf too for heading to the park!)
So water aerobics (in an outdoor heated pool) was actually enjoyable at 47 degrees yesterday morning. I doubt I'll attempt it below 40 though.
Mac--
47 degrees?
Heated pool or no, you have to get from the changing room to the water and then from the w-w-w-wa-ter to the changing room.
I'm either impressed or appalled.

Actual time 1:11:42 11:33 per mile.
Slower than before BUT right on my prediction. Shouldn't there be a prize for that? Kinda like a car rally, (do they still have those?) where you are graded on, not for overall speed, how closely you can adhere to your prediction of success.
