I am new here. Trying to loose IT
. Oh, man, it has been hard on me. I tried all diets imaginable (e-diets, weight watchers, la loss, etc.). The only thing that really works for me is to eat less. What a concept!
Somehow no diet program teaches you that. Surprise, surprise.... Anyway, that thought of writing down everything I eat occurred to me couple of weeks ago. And since then I started loosing weight!. Well, not from just writing it down, obviously
, from planning and weighting the food. From 164 I am down to 157.5 - that is since June 3rd. I need to get to 144 or so, that would be good, that's what I was... well... 10 years ago or so. I am so confidant I can make it!
I even eat candy bars and still loose weight!
