dragon--

Even in a shrunked photo, he'd shed enough dog hair to rattle the hamsters.

Do you have any kind of image software on your PC?
Maybe we could figure it out.

the only image software i have is the free adobe photoshop album thingy.

and oh boy does he shed, we vaccuum about 4 times a week-made a little easier by the fact that our house is all (literally) hardwood floors and tile with runners so he doesn't go crashing into things.

ah, but alas, he was pooped out this morning and didn't make me get up so no run today Sad
and i am up to 171 again, ugh. i guess i could have drug him out of his little bed, but he was so happy snoring on his back...and i was so happy snoring myself...

I used to know a large, friendly, hairy sheepdog who used to sleep in the bathtub for most of the summer.

Dog hair can block pipes.

Starting weight: 130
Present weight: 127
This week's change: -3
Total change: -3

Remember, my water weight goes up and down and there seems to be a relationship between water weight and alcohol. I'll be on the wagon this week (and weekend) to see what happens.

Day 10 of wearing pants and skirts that are a full size smaller than what I was wearing at Christmas, and nearly two sizes smaller than last summer.

The 'fat' pants I wore to New York when I met Noddy have been officially retired. No more hopping around trying to pull them up.

Still staying away from the scale. It's too dangerous for me.

What fits, and how they fit, have to guide me.

Sounds like we are doing well! Congratulations to all you ...'losers'!

I didn't have time to do a weigh in today; I have been busy since I hopped outta bed this morn as I hosted a Potlatch at our Brownie group today!
I can hope and dream all I want that all that frantic energy being burned off might have lead to a some sort of weight loss...
I ain't holding my breath though Razz
I reckon the scales will read ..... 142 come morning...and man, I wish morning would hurry up so I can go back to bed Wink
All the excitement of the Potlatch and now I can't sleep Razz
I will catch a lil catnap after I send my husband off to work; have to catch a few z's before my stint at Children's hospital!!

WOOT, WOOT Dragon!!!

WTG!

Beth - good to see another success story.

Noddy - you're doing well. Keep on keepin' on.

I weighed in at 174.5 yesterday. Stuck, stuck, stuck. Mr B was in Texas all week. He returned last night, his luggage returned this morning. He requested a Phase I recovery week next week. Sounds good to me too. We were just invited to join some friends at another food/music fest downtown this weekend. I'll be more than ready for a week of focused denial and daily workouts by Monday.

Have a good weekend everyone!

Not sure, but I'd try to get it down to 600 x 450 pixels.
If you load it up to an MSN Groups site, then the loading
software will resize it for you.
