5000m rower
10,000m bike
3000m elliptic

Around 1000 calories effort

I'd do the cardio first, then weights. Supposedly, it's pretty essential to eat a meal consisting of protien+carbs within 45minutes of lifting weights. You've torn down your muscles, and you need the nutrients in a pretty short window of time for them to recover properly.

Actually, they started the tape that way. We not only get lots of excersize and have fun, but belly dancing has gotten us jobs in hollywood - I kid you not. They sell belly dancer costumes too.

Been really really bad over the weekend. Not even one session in the gym. I blame it to

1. Ongoing redecorating of the house (Sat afternoon was spent buying my new sofa, lamps etc)
2. Saturday morning was not possible as I woke up reallllly late after heavy boozing on Fri night. Fri night was not possible due to heavy boozing
3. Sat evening could not go due to another party
4. Sunday morning was a wash out due to the aforementioned party on Sat night
5. Sun afternoon had to drive to Chelsea for another lunch party
6. Sunday evening was spent at another party sipping white wine (which was so bad that I had to mix lemonade in it)

Must go the gym today.....

Another 1/2 kilo off, according to my scales on Saturday morning.

I think that, previously, I must have been comfort eating to some extent - I'm now quite happy (new girlfriend is a big factor) so I don't feel the need to eat so much.

Weekend exercise: 50 minute (relatively fast) cycle from Maida Vale to Wimbledon on Saturday. Cycled back on Sunday via Fulham (2x 25 mins fast).

Like Gautam, I drank too much on both Friday and Saturday nights, but it was fun and I didn't overeat as a result...which is something.

Ok Mr Pure and white reporting on 4th gym session in a week ! (can he possibly keep this up I hear ?)

I did overdo the booze a bit on Friday and Saturday, however managed to make it on Sunday around 4:30 pm, as well as Saturday, see earlier report already in thread, not a lot of people there at that time.

I was going to do a 5-6 mile run in the forest, weather looked a bit grim so did the following at the gym:

30 minutes on treadmill on random level 7 at 6 miles an hour-390 calories
20 minutes stationary bike at 24 kph-210 calories

A few stretches and lots of sweating

Next session Tuesday

I skipped my exercises over the weekend because I didn't wanna do them.

Merry, merry Monday--with a foot of snow falling--I've done my stretching and my flailing and I'm headed for the bicycle (and "The Atlantic Monthly" for April)

You other people have such compelling excuses.

That's why my gym schedule is only during the weekdays. No gym on the weekends, because I can't go hungover. Only one thing that keeps me from the gym during the week...
