littlek - let this be a lesson. Words can mean much more that what you intend them to be.

Well done my child. Doing Jane Fonda is not easy. Don;t loose sight of yr end goal. Seek and you shall find !

Lactic acid is what creates burn in the muscles...and it's what makes milk taste sour, it's not in fresh milk.

I like peanut butter.

it's not in fresh milk? It's what people react to who are lactose intolerant, no? Or does lactose morph to lactic acid?

peanutbutter cuts the ache?

The sugar in lactose converts to lactic acid as the milk ferments...I think.

I just like peanut butter.

Littlek--

I admire anyone who can keep moving vigorously for a half an hour--and to someone else's timetable, too.

Your sore sides are a badge of honor.

i should clarify that. in addition to the full marathon, there were 3k, 5k, and 10k "fun runs". i did the 10k. last full marathon i ran was in 1992, the maui marathon. this boy ain't running no 26+ miles anymore.

That's fun, how you call belly dancing an "exercise" tape.

Looks like all that career advice you got really put you in a new direction, huh?

yes, and that direction is diversion!

only men would view belly dancing as other than an excersize tape. Well, men and lesbians.
