I'm currently watching season 6 of Peaky Blinders, set in 1930s Britain with some real historical characters,one of which is Unity Mitford.

He character is particularly vile and her anti Semitic tirades make Oswald Mosely look restrained.

The real Unity Mitford wax a friend of Hitler's. She was also conceived in the town of Swastika Ontario, and if she was a fictional character I would think that was a bit much.

I've only heard of the show. I think it may be on Netflix, which I no longer have access to. I was curious what could have a title such as that.

My next-door neighbor often goes hiking in various of our parks, mostly in Texas but sometimes a bit farther. She just returned from hiking in a place slightly north of Big Bend. She's met a naturalist who spends his time in the field studying the state of our wildlife. He paints a dire picture for practically all species, she said.

The Peaky Blinders were a razor gang from Birmingham. The name comes from sewing razor blades to the peaks of their caps and using them to fight and blind people.

It's a BBC production and won't be available on Netflix until June. As it is, it's being serialised and episode 5 won't be until next Sunday.

In many ways it's similar to Boardwalk Empire, both start at the end of WW1, and both deal with organised crime. In BE it's prohibition in PK it's the threat of revolution and a load of stolen machine guns.

Only Seasons 1-5 are currently available on Netflix. Season 6 won't arrive until June. Season 6 is currently bding serialised on the BBC, so far the first four episodes have been shown, two more then there is talk of a film.

Thanks for clarifying. I understand better now. I was using my daughter's Netflix but they stopped us from sharing. I don't want to pay for it because I don't watch too many of the movies they offer.
