...yes there is war in everything we do but what distinguishes smarter and less smart people is what kinds of wars and what stages of warmongering you pick while you are alive...most of the time war is a playground a test for when real moments of war knock on the door. Point in case is we have to be aware of proportionality when we are at war. Most of us don't know what proportionality means!
Odd. Our water abruptly quit working. It's neighborhood-wide. When we call the emergency number they tell us three more hours. We wait and call again. Still three more hours. I don't know who owns our water system. There are two water company properties in our neighborhood. The primary location is next door. It has a backup generator, which has not kicked in. I am beginning to suspect that the answer service can't find anybody to call out for whatever reason. Fortunately we have bottles of water.
Same...20 years ago I would not drink water but Cola 2 litres a day sometimes more...the advantages of being young fool and careless on thee 80's and 90's!
