@edgarblythe,
I’ve got reflux and this triggers a reflux issue whereas the red, orange, and yellow agree with me.

@Ragman,
I only ate occasional bell peppers before I discovered the colored ones.

@edgarblythe,
Makes me wonder a bit about availability or maybe accessibility. Maybe they were more expensive? Budget conscious buyers avoided the added expense.

@Ragman,
It takes less time to grow green ones, so there's more profit in them. I've decided to get only red from now on.

Storm passed through. We lost power for thirty minutes. There's an expired tornado alert. All now seems normal.

Pot roast for dinner. Getting ready to see if the Astros can get a win.

@edgarblythe,
We had a rotisserie sirloin tip roast the other day that was scrumptious. I hope yours is as good Smile Last roast I cooked was about 15 years ago. You having yorkshire puddings with that?

@edgarblythe,
Very simple to make but difficult to master. My last ones rose perfectly, but that's not always the case.

@edgarblythe,
Have you ever made crepes?

The batter is the same.

@izzythepush,
There are factors in play here. I grew up eating a very limited diet. Being touched with Aspergers has also made me not adventurous with food. I know about crepes but was never curious to have some. When I was a kid if they introduced different dishes I instantly did not want any. As an adult I rarely could bring myself to eat cooked vegetables. I overcame that, but when I start to eat steamed broccoli, the scent of it makes me think of garbage. But it tastes good and I eat it.
