I realize the majority of Americans and uneducated but please let them have enough common sense not to vote for that idiot. The Bush trash has been in the WH long enough; it's going to be hard enough removing the stench out after Georgie leaves office.

Bush is top of the line as a President...it is sad that so many fail to see this.

I predict that GW Bush will leave office in disgrace similar to Nixon by 2007, 2008 tops. But before his term of office ends. Theres too much corruption and criminal activities that are just now emereging . That on top of a badly waged and poorly thought out and trumped up war. A war with fat contracts being issued to nonqualified but highly connected firms.

When we dont demand the best that any party has to offer, this is what we get, some schmuck whose many actions by his Daddy have made life comfortable for little Georgie.

Wow, that's pretty optimistic, farmerperson. Outside of a serious turncoat revelation or some Pentagon Papers level of documentation arising, I very much doubt you're right here. I'm writing a little essay now on the issues I think will thwart your hopes and I'll post it as a thread tomorrow. I take it as my life task to bring people down.

Farmerman,

I don't think that is going to happen my friend! Bush seems to have a Carte' Blanche to do whatever he pleases. It's all in the name of "fighting terrorism" you know, and I think the Pubs have done an excellent job in scaring the poop out of the American people! I'm afraid he's in for the duration!!

I don't suppose you'd give one really specific example of corruption and criminal activities by the prez or his immediate staff?

I hope your prediction is correct.

Georgie has never been anything but a snotty-nosed elitist with a pea-sized brain.

How many innovative things have YOU invented lately with your brilliant, educated mind? When are you going to support Bush with action rather than words? When are you going to enlist in the Armed Forces to fight the war against terrorism or to assist with Operation Iraqi Liberation? Perhaps, if you have connections like Bush had when he was supporting the Vietnam War (by advocating the dying of people other than himself), you might get a cushy position in a non-combat unit.

Dems lately have made a mockery of the American dream, they are obstructionists motivated primarily by "special interest" and it is clear they will not have what it take to win the next election for the White House. Every time a democrat opens their mouth they show how totally out of touch with mainstream America they are...

I am sure George Bush is justified in his actions as president and what the dems do not realize is that terror will not end with the election of the next American president... Terror will not end until it is defeated...

Right now we would have a new social security plan in place if the dems had not obstructed the entire notion. "IF" the dems take the White House in 08 watch them speedily put privatized social security in to place and drop the contracts right into the hands of their special interest "schmucks". Could that be the reason why they did not want George to prviatize social security? Again special interest and the all mighty dollar bill. Do the dems not realize that the American people know that they have sold them out? They have sold them out to everything but the American people... special interest should not be valued over democracy, liberty and freedom...

John Kerry is sold out to Europe and the UN...

Hillary is sold out to big government and socialized medicine...

The republicans right now have more Americans owning their own homes than any time in the past also more minorities own their own homes...

Yet we see the dems fighting to take medicine from the private sector and create more government beaurocracy...

How can the dems expect the general populace to respect them when it is obvious that they are owned and operated by these special interest groups? The democrats just do not care to see the principles of an ownership society and empowering the people over their own special interest deals.

Why democrats are called democrats is simply a misnomer because it seems that democrats stand against most that is democratic...

They are usually hostile to others who express anything contrary to their money making plots. They want to tax not only the rich but also the poor. Why tax a vibrant strong economy?

They have missed the American dream and replaced it with an elitist, obstructionist, partisan, machine that seems to ultimately stem from anarchy, chaos and sadly... immorality.

I know immorality is a strong word but I can see no other word that seems to fit.

I have many friends who are democrats but when it all boils down they are listening to their other liberal friends who listen to their other liberal friends who listen to special interest. Who does special interest listen to? Well they listen to the profit margin of their corporation and not necessarily the will of the people. This is why they are called "special interest"... It is not necessarily in the interest of democracy, liberty and freedom but "special interest"... Isn't this like selling your own soul to become a democrat?

First, your comments are irrelevant to my point that Americans are not, as stated, undereducated.

Second, the idea that someone can't philosophically support a war without going to it is nonsense.

Maybe not, but I'm willing to bet a Republican will be the next person to be elected. A liberal President in America? Don't make me laugh.

I don't really care if the next president is a republican, as long as he/she is even a smidgen to the left of any of the current far right conservatives in charge right now.

Are you asserting that no one has the right to support a war but not join it? You sit back and take stupid snipes at conservative posts, but when someone tries to pin your thesis or logic down, you scuttle away.

You have just given a perfect demonstration of scuttling away from an attempt to pin down your thesis or logic.
