What the before polls said before the elections and the insane fact of George Bush getting elected this time rather than appointed tells me is that we have a bunch of illogical people in America who think it is more important to stop that gay couple down the street from getting married than it is to elect a president qualified for the job.

Do you really have to insult the intelligence of the American people?

an American tradition since November 1999.....

I almost agree on both points and as a gay Repulsive, I mean, Republican voter who is not registered as a Republican I am sure this confuses the heck out of you since people think all gays are to prance into the voting booth in a line and with a swoosh in their step limp wristedly vote for Democrats only. It does not work that way and never will. The sad truth here for you though is I am not for gay marriage. Civil Unions yes, marriage no. In addition to this I find that Mr. Bush is very much qualified for his job and this has been repeatedly evidenced since he first took office in January of 2001. Hmmm... a gay man against marriage of same sex couples and for George? What is the world coming to?

Just because you don't want to be married ...

Olympia Snowe doesn't have the name recognition or the backing. She's probably worth a good look though!

Well she is not an ex first lady if that is what you mean.. I think Olympia has been more involved in American policy over the years in comparison to say... Hillary.

Hilary can't be elected. I'm pretty sure that she would lose against just about anyone.

I just think there's too much negative with not only the Clinton moniker, but I think she has screwed up a few times as Senator. One minute she'a a librul, and next, she's trying to be Ms. Conservative. I think she has misplayed the hand left to her by Bill. She should have run instead of Kerry. I think her moment has passed. Just my humble opinion.

Jeb Bush will certainly be the next president of the US unless some new charismatic democratic Democratic candidate arises.

Maybe not, but I'm willing to bet a Republican will be the next person to be elected. A liberal President in America? Don't make me laugh.

I'm willing to bet the next president, regardless of political affiliation, is plenty more moderate than either a miserable bleeding heart liberal or these nazis currently in charge.

If not then things will just continue to go downhill.

I plan to cast my vote for Pablo...in the meanwhile I feel George is doing a great job and I am saddened mainly by the facts that
A) I cannot vote him in a third time

and

B) Knowing the next President will most likely be from the Democratic side...although similar to most, he or she will be near the center...it's the only way to get elected.
