Being brought my first cuppa coffee this morning by the eldest. After the long weekend, a wholly needed and relaxing time, he proffered that caffeine by saying, "You looked like you could use this." Decided to not be offended by his accurate assessment and drink away!

There are a number of possible explanations.
The two-kiddo chorus of "Is it ready yet? Is it ready yet??" When I finally call them to the brunch feast -- pancakes, bacon, eggs, hashbrowns yummy -- "We're not that hungry!" Geesh ... *siiigh*
