Gautam - yeah, awww, but she also made me go into the gift shop, made me buy her a hotdog (even though I'd brought food). And to top it off, she fell asleep on the subway just as we pulled into or stop. I had to piggy-back carry her all the way to my house (15 minutes). It was hot and humid, my hands kept losing their grasp on eachother because I was sweating so much. And when we got here and I put her in bed, she wouldn't go to sleep!

But, still, aaaaawwww.....

Soon as the movie is available for purchase, I will buy it and watch it again and again and again and again.....Johnny just oozes gorgeousness in Pirates of the Caribbean. Hubba hubba hubba.

Smiling today because I spent a lot of time editing/cropping/enhancing pictures I took of my can-do-no-wrong four month old nephew. I spent a precious ten days with him recently and we were inseperable.

Nephew and Johnny Depp share equal space as my background on the computer screen.

I'm a sucker for dark-haired men. Jeez. Razz

YOU GUYS made me smile!

I just caught up with the last few days of this thread --
Rae's Johnny Depp thingy and littlek's description of Silvi and ehBeth's story about Jimmy...and of course, Gautam's preening.

I was already smiling though,
remembering a smile someone flashed TO ME last night.

*Carpe diem!

Not smiling at all today !! <grumpy look>

The 4th credit card has gone missing in the post
I have got 2 bank cards on the same account, so dont know which one is valid - the bank is still investigating
I have been almost cashless for a week now and today is Friday
I am leaving for India on Wed and I still dont have any money

All these problems as my PBM is on his vacation, and his assistant is useless.

Looks like I will have to trudge down to the bank and take it out the old fashioned way Sad

A stranded passenger on a subway train during the blackout told this story. There was an elderly lady sitting in a seat, breathing hard with asthma. A stranger saw her plight, and said."Here, take my inhaler.". That made me smile.
