rjb, actually, I did! Between being hied and being washed, standing in the tub, looking very proud of herself.
sozobe, that's great! When I was in my teens and brought a new girl-friend home to meet my folks, they would manage to drag out that damn photo. Now I cherish it.
And where would that[/i] be!

What made me smile today was finding this forum, reading thread after thread until my eyes hurt.
This is where the fun people come to post!
Photos received this AM by E-mail from the Czech Republic of my newborn grandaughter.
My favorite summer, it's a season for everybody to smile and relax~~~!
I think I'm gonna have to change my avatar back to Johnny Depp.....
That would be a sure way to get Rae's attention!!

The Saturday California Super Lotto of 97 Million dollars was won by a 55 year old woman who was living in a motel.
She's decided to quit her job and move to ocean view property.
God love her.
Smiling still
Introducing Cleo to Jimmy made me smile. Jimmy is a very elderly gentleman in my neighbourhood, who takes little walks up and down the block. Sometimes his walks get a bit long, which is why his name is written on his hat. People are nice to Jimmy and help him get home when he wanders. Jimmy was one of the first people Bailey (the dog in my current avatar) learned to trust. Jimmy is very gentle with the little dogs.
Tonight, when I took Cleo over to meet him, Jimmy crouched down to pat her and take a look (he's nearly blind, so he has to get very close). Cleo started to kiss his hands, Bailey rushed in to give Jimmy a little snuggle, everyone smiled, and Jimmy told the dogs that he loved them.
It made me smile smile smile.
Misti - I had a bit of a happy tear in my eye when it was happening. The only thing that was keeping me from sniffling was thinking of another incident when Jimmy introduced me to his son. He told his son that my name was Bailey and that he was going to marry me. His son and I had a nice little giggly smile about that.
Here's a hint to Jimmy's age - his son is over 65!
Many funny things today made me laugh. I took silvi to the aquarium - she is so not a lady and i love her for it. She flashed all of the subway car(s) her turquoise undies for the duration of the trip there and back. She ate a hot dog with a shark mask on. She chased pigeons around cafe tables. She wrestled a huge rubber snake in the gift shop. She danced on the platform to the busker's tunes. Fun day.
